BISE Peshawar was established in December 1961 after transferring of Secondary Education from the control of University, to give special attention to Secondary and Higher Secondary education. This transference was taken place by a detailed study made by a commission on National Education consisting of experts from different fields of education. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and its tribal areas. The exams generally commence in the month of March and end in April while BISE Peshawar results are declared in the month of July and August.
BISEP results of matriculation classes are normally declared in the month of July every year.
Peshawar board results for intermediate classes are declared in the beginning of September or last of August every year.
