Peshawar, The US Government with the collaboration of their department, US Agency for International Development is carrying out various functions in Pakistan including awarding of scholarship to 147 students of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The main objective of the program is to train new and practicing teachers to receive training of high standard consisting of four year Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed) and two years of Associate degree in Education (ADE).

According to the Project Management Specialist of USAID, US is going to spend $75 million to carry out teacher education project which will be implemented through the cooperation of government of Pakistan which will make our country prosperous and stronger. Both countries have been working together for a long time to help each other in every field of life.

US government is also working with the provincial governments to create strong system, policies and standards to implement their degree programs quite effectively.
