Under the provision of Act 1990 BISE Mardan started its function in 1990. The exams of matric and HSSC of school and colleges which have an affiliation with Mardan BISE Board. The BISE Mardan is responsible for organizing the exams of Matric and Intermediate Students. The results of SSC 9^th, 10^th and HSSC 11^th and 12^th are announced by the BISE Mardan in every year. The results Matric 2013 have been announced by the Board and Intermediate Secondary Education, Mardan.
