Admissions Open In TEVTA First Shift Session 2012-13

TEVTA is a technical body which has been established with the aim to promote stipulated, identical, integrated and effervescent technical education & vocational training service by superior and inexhaustible personnel. This body is engaging imparting technical and vocational training to the persons of middle and lower class in order to make them brilliant workers and raise their standard of living as well as providing the country skilled and talented workers.

TEVTA is offering various technical and vocational courses in which admissions are offered:-

  • Autocad
  • Machinist
  • Drafts Men Mechanical
  • Welder
  • Electrician

Candidates passed their matriculation exams are eligible for the courses of Electrician, Autocad and Drafts Men Mechanical. But the candidates passed only middle exam can apply for Machinist and Welders.

City and Guilds Diploma/Certificate level Courses are also offered for admission. Eligible candidates having qualification of Matric in science can apply for following diploma or courses:-

  • Computerized Designing (3D level 3)
  • Computerized Designing (2D level 3)
  • Diploma in Metal Machining
  • Diploma in Electrical Installation
  • Certificate in Metal Machining
  • Certificate in Electrical Installation

Interested candidates should collect admission forms and prospectus from the main office on cash payment of Rs.40 and submit the admission forms on or before August 28, 2012. The interview of eligible candidates will be carried on 3rd September 2012. Candidates are advised to bring original documents at the time of interview. Age restriction for the candidates seeking admission in all regular courses is 15 to 20 years but there is no age restriction for the candidates taking admission in City and Guilds courses.

Admission will be granted to all candidates on open merit which will be 83%. There is reserved quota of 5% for disabled, majority and TEVTA employees each. 2% reserved for Army personnel. Hostel facility will be provided to the candidates.
