Lahore, FCC which is also known as Former Christian College Lahore offers Merit scholarships to Intermediate and Baccalaureate programs students. FCC has formulated as policy according to which scholarships will be given to fresh students of Intermediate class which will start in August 2012 and Baccalaureate during September 2012. The top position holder students of Matriculation exams in any board of Pakistan for taking admission in Intermediate class will be declared waiving of 100% tuition fee and students securing 85% marks in the board will be eligible for obtaining scholarship.
The policy is for all students on first come first serve basis. The students whose attendance is about 75% and average 85% on monthly test will be eligible. Students of degree class should scored 2.0 GPA with full time status.
Scholarship awarded to Intermediate classes will be 37 and for degree classes will be 70. The degree class scholarships will be further distributed as 58 for BA (Hons)/BSc (Hons) students, 6 for BSc (Hons) Business and 6 for BSc (Hons) Computer Sciences. The student who has obtained 85% aggregate in 2nd year but less than 85% in first year will also be considered for scholarship. Other students passing A level having 3 or more AS in A level exams in the relevant subject and pass in FEAT and International Baccalaureate students pass GPA and FEAT are eligible for scholarship after his evaluation positively by the committee.
